Join the Strategic Planning and Data department at Frit Ravich and help us fuel life's moments.

You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the demand planning process, combining data analysis with interdepartmental coordination. Your goal will be to ensure that sales forecasts are realistic, accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the organization's operational capacity.

• You will work together with the Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing teams to review and validate consistent, reliable sales forecasts aligned with business needs.
• You will distribute sales forecasts by SKU, week, and distribution center, ensuring correct demand planning across the entire logistics network.
• You will enter and maintain updated final forecasts in the planning system, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Planning team to ensure the integration of forecasts into the S&OP process.
• You will monitor the main forecast quality indicators, such as Forecast Accuracy and BIAS, analyzing deviations between forecasts and actual sales and proposing improvement actions.
• You will identify significant changes in demand and anticipate possible impacts on production, procurement, logistics, distribution, and stock levels.
• You will provide technical and functional support to the teams using forecasting tools, facilitating their correct and efficient use.
• You will participate actively in the continuous improvement of Demand Planning processes, tools, and dashboards, driving increasingly precise, agile, and data-driven planning.
