IT Business Partner Operations

At Frit Ravich, we continue to grow and we want to add an IT Business Partner of Operations to our team, a person with business vision, analytical capacity, and the desire to drive the digital transformation of our industrial environment.

We are looking for someone who understands how processes work, knows how to listen to teams, and has the necessary initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into real solutions, supported by technology.

You will work side by side with the operations teams to understand their needs, analyze how they currently work, and help them define how they can evolve their processes to be more efficient, agile, and connected.

You will be a key figure for connecting business, processes, and technology, providing judgment, a global vision, and the ability to transform ideas and needs into concrete initiatives.

We are not just looking for someone to manage projects: we want a person who gets involved in the business, questions how we do things, proposes improvements, and accompanies the teams to make them a reality.

Your challenge will be to accompany the industrial teams in the evolution of their processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and working alongside technological specialists to transform them into solutions that add value.

• You will know the business from the inside, working directly with the operations teams to understand their processes, needs, and day-to-day challenges.
• You will analyze and help transform processes, understanding how they currently function (AS-IS), identifying inefficiencies, and collaborating in the definition of future work models (TO-BE).
• You will detect opportunities for improvement, providing a transversal vision, questioning ways of working, and proposing alternatives that simplify processes and improve efficiency.
• You will convert business needs into clear functional requirements, helping to define what the process needs to achieve and collaborating with IT specialists in the assessment and specification of technological solutions.
• You will drive and accompany transformation initiatives, participating in their definition, prioritization, and coordination to ensure they respond to real business needs.
• You will connect people, teams, and technology, facilitating collaboration between operations, IT, and other involved areas, generating a shared vision of challenges and solutions.
• You will provide autonomy, judgment, and initiative, leading conversations with the business, asking the right questions, and helping to make decisions about which improvements provide the most value.
• You will accompany the implementation and adoption of solutions, ensuring that changes are integrated into operations and translated into tangible improvements.

We would love to meet you if...

• You have a university degree in Engineering, Technology, or disciplines related to process and operations management.
• You know how industrial, productive, logistical, or supply chain environments work and understand their main operational challenges.
• You have participated in or driven projects for improvement, process transformation, or solution implementation, from a business, operations, consulting, or technology position.
• You have the capacity to analyze processes from end to end, identify problems, structure needs, and propose improvements with judgment.
• You feel comfortable working with different stakeholders, asking questions, facilitating conversations, and building solutions together.
• You are an autonomous, proactive, and resourceful person, capable of taking the initiative, organizing work, and helping to move forward even when needs are not fully defined.
• You are interested in technology and find it easy to understand how digital tools can help improve processes and ways of working.

And additionally, we will value...

• Having worked on digitalization, automation, or operational process transformation projects.
• Knowledge of process analysis and modeling tools, such as AS-IS / TO-BE, flowcharts, or BPMN.
• Having experience in technological environments, consulting, or solutions such as SAP, MES/MOM.

It is not essential that you have previously held a formal position as an IT Business Partner or Project Manager. We are also interested in meeting professionals coming from the operations or business world, with experience driving improvements and motivation to develop in the field of digital transformation.
