Are you in your final year of studies and ready to gain real-world experience in procurement? Join our dynamic team as an Indirect Procurement Intern and support global procurement operations across a wide range of categories and initiatives!

Responsibilities / Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Support credit card processes, contract management, and procurement systems
  • Assist with ESG reporting, compliance tracking, and legal coordination
  • Help manage tenders, supplier onboarding, and database management
  • Conduct supplier and market research, spend analysis, and cost tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers; support contract renewals
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and presentations
  • Contribute to various procurement projects and ad-hoc tasks

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Must be in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Eligible to undertake an internship as part of your academic program.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, German is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
