What we're looking for

Must be in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Eligible to undertake an internship as part of your academic program.
Fluent in English and Spanish, German is a plus
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong analytical and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment

The role

Are you in your final year of studies and ready to gain real-world experience in procurement? Join our dynamic team as an Indirect Procurement Intern and support global procurement operations across a wide range of categories and initiatives!

What you'll do

Support credit card processes, contract management, and procurement systems
Assist with ESG reporting, compliance tracking, and legal coordination
Help manage tenders, supplier onboarding, and database management
Conduct supplier and market research, spend analysis, and cost tracking
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers; support contract renewals
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and presentations
Contribute to various procurement projects and ad-hoc tasks
