What you'll do
To drive and monitor the activity of the agents assigned to their area, as well as newly recruited agents, through the proper implementation of Company policies that ensure compliance with the various KPIs established for their role.
Management and coordination of brokers in your area. Implement the Company's commercial policies to achieve high strategic value production.
Implement the actions established to achieve the objectives.
Correct any deviations from the assigned budget and propose corrective measures to the Territorial Channel Manager.
Ongoing supervision and control of commercial parameters.
Development and management of the mediator network.
Manage proposals and requests from Brokers with the Territorial Channel Manager in order to maintain and foster commercial relationships and their development to reach the next level in broker segmentation, as well as everything related to risk maps.
Actively search for new sales network and collaborate with your Manager in developing initiatives to improve processes for attracting new brokers.
