• Support in the management and processing of Property and Engineering claim files.
• Collaboration in the analysis of technical documentation associated with claims.
• Monitoring of the lifecycle of files, from opening to closing.
• Support in the review of loss adjuster reports and complementary documentation.
• Collaboration in the evaluation of coverages, guarantees, and policy conditions.
• Contact and coordination with loss adjusters, brokers, providers, and other internal areas of the company.
• Preparation of reports, monitoring charts, and activity reports.
• Participation in the analysis of management indicators and service quality.
• Support in the identification and proposal of improvements in claim management processes.
• Use of corporate tools and applications for file management.
• Knowledge of internal regulations and procedures applicable to the Claims Property & Engineering area.
• Collaboration in the resolution of incidents and inquiries related to claim management.

We are looking for a student of Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related degrees with a good level of English.

The student will join the Claims Property & Engineering area, where they will provide support in the management and monitoring of claims related to Property and Engineering risks. During the internship, they will have the opportunity to learn how claim management processes work, collaborate with different areas of the company, and interact with loss adjusters, brokers, and clients, acquiring a comprehensive view of the insurance business and developing analytical, organizational, and management competencies.
