Currently, from the MADRID office, we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT for an important financial institution.
Duties: Handling customer inquiries and processing service requests through various communication channels. Additionally, there is a component of cross-selling financial products related to the product the customer already holds.
Contract: Temporary 3 months + possibility of extension.
Monday to Sunday, maximum two weeks per month
Working hours: 30.5h/week, 35h/week or 37.5h/week.
