The role

Currently, from the MARTORELL delegation, we are looking for an HR RECRUITER & PEOPLE OPERATIONS for SANT CUGAT DEL VALLES

What you'll do

* Manage selection processes from start to finish: posting offers, CV screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up.

* Identify staffing needs for the various points of sale.

* Coordinate new hires and manage the documentation necessary for hiring.

* Follow up on new hires.

* Coordinate onboarding and welcome processes for new hires.

* Organize initial training and monitor the training needs of the teams.

* Maintain direct contact with a workforce of approximately 60 employees distributed across different points of sale.

* Handle inquiries and incidents related to people management.

* Collaborate in the planning and management of vacations, absences, and other organizational needs.

* Maintain fluid communication with the managers of the different areas and points of sale.

* Provide support to team managers on matters related to people management.

* Monitor the staffing needs of each area.

* Collaborate in the improvement of internal Human Resources processes.

* Follow up on new hires and facilitate communication between employees and the managers of the various centers.

How you'll work

* Contract: replacement for long-term leave.

* Working day: full-time.

* Monday to Thursday schedule: from 8:00 to 17:15 h, with one hour for lunch.

* Friday: intensive working day, with a flexible schedule and a guiding reference of 7:30 to 14:30 h.

* August: intensive working day.

* Teleworking: two days per month.

* Occasional schedule flexibility: approximately once a month, it will be necessary to extend the working day until 18:00 h to cover the operational needs of the various points of sale.
