HR Technician (Personnel Administration / Payroll)

• Training related to Labor Relations, Human Resources, Personnel Administration, or similar.
• 2-3 years of experience in Labor Technician, Personnel Administration, or Payroll positions.
• Solid experience in payroll management and Personnel Administration.
• Knowledge and experience in Social Security, social insurance, Form 111, and treasury.
• Experience with attendance records, collective agreements, and calculation of annual working days.
• Experience in industrial environments and/or with workforces organized by shifts will be valued.
• Knowledge and experience with A3 / A3NOM will be valued.
• It will be important to have knowledge regarding different remuneration concepts and their reflection in payroll, including situations such as the imputation of a company vehicle.
• We are looking for a person who is autonomous, resourceful, serious, and professional, with good communication skills and an orientation toward employee service.
• Very important: residency or availability to travel to NAVARRÉS, with an approximate travel time of 20-40 minutes by vehicle.

At Gi Group, we are looking for an HR Technician (Personnel Administration / Payroll) for a client company, a leader in its industrial sector, to join their team in Navarrés (Valencia).

• Comprehensively manage the Personnel Administration for a workforce of approximately 280 employees.
• Manage and review payroll, including variable concepts and different remuneration scenarios.
• Perform tasks related to Social Security, social insurance, treasury, and Form 111.
• Manage and keep attendance records up to date.
• Apply and monitor the different collective agreements.
• Manage the calculation and control of annual working days.
• Manage the particularities derived from a workforce with shifts, night shifts, overtime, and weekend work.
• Attend to and resolve employee doubts and inquiries related to Personnel Administration.
• Collaborate with the rest of the HR team and provide support in other areas when necessary.
• Progressively participate in other Human Resources functions, especially those related to employee relations.
