About the role

What you'll do

Reporting to the Management, you will take on the comprehensive management of personnel administration and occupational risk prevention for the group:

Personnel Administration and Payroll: Processing of hires, terminations, and changes in the TGSS (RED System, SILTRA), preparation and management of the full payroll cycle, contract management, time clock control, absenteeism, and vacation schedule.

Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) Management: Control and monitoring of PRL files, coordination with the External Prevention Service (SPA), ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing legal requirements.

Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Support in the selection side (soft) through job postings, resume screening, initial interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Support: Resolving questions, labor issues, and providing direct support to the workforce.

What we're looking for

Education: Degree or Bachelor's in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences, Law, or a Higher Level Training Cycle in Administration/Human Resources. A master's degree or technical training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is valued.

Previous Experience: Demonstrable experience in the full payroll cycle and personnel administration. Experience working in consultancies/firms providing support to multiple clients/centers will be highly valued.

Software Skills: Essential and advanced proficiency in the A3 Payroll program (A3NOM / A3innuva). Regular use of SEPE, TGSS, and Delta portals.

Key Knowledge: Strong proficiency in current labor legislation and management of PRL files.

Profile: Organized, with capacity for regulatory analysis, technical rigor, and communication skills.
