We are looking to bring on an HR Generalist Technician with a profile focused on the labor administration side to manage a business group in full expansion. Reporting to the Management team, you will take on the comprehensive management of personnel administration and occupational risk prevention for the group:
Personnel and Payroll Administration: Processing of registrations, terminations, and modifications with the General Social Security Treasury (TGSS) (RED System, SILTRA), preparation and management of the complete payroll cycle, contract management, timekeeping control, absenteeism, and vacation schedule.
Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) Management: Monitoring and follow-up of PRL files, coordination with the External Prevention Service (SPA), ensuring regulatory compliance and implementation of legal requirements.
Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Assistance with the recruitment side through job posting, resume screening, initial interviews, and execution of the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Support: Resolving queries, labor issues, and providing direct support to the workforce.
Education: Degree or Bachelor's in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences, Law, or a Higher Level Training Cycle in Administration/HR Management. A master's degree or technical training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is valued.
Previous Experience: Demonstrable experience in the complete payroll cycle and personnel administration. Experience working in consultancies/agencies providing support to multiple clients will be highly valued.
Software Skills: Advanced, mandatory proficiency in the A3 Nóminas payroll software (A3NOM / A3innuva). Regular use of SEPE, TGSS, and Delta portals.
Key Knowledge: Strong command of current labor legislation and management of PRL files.
Languages: No English required.
Profile: Organized, with strong regulatory analysis skills, technical rigor, and strong communication abilities.
Professional Stability: Direct hiring and integration into the end client's workforce.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week under the Community of Madrid Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Project in Development: Opportunity to bring order, structure the labor area, and grow within the organization.
Start Date: Expected for the month of September.
Work Location: Central offices located in Loeches (Madrid), 100% on-site.
