What you'll get

Stable project under a permanent discontinuous contract.
Monday to Friday schedule (no weekends) from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Quarterly bonuses based on objectives and a professional work environment.
Salary: €13,111.08 gross/year, paid in 12 installments, with entitlement to paid vacation

The role

We are looking for a Teleoperator/Telemarketer to make calls to existing customers in order to schedule hearing and vision check-up appointments at physical stores. If you enjoy phone-based customer interaction, are organized, and care about service quality, this position could be a great fit for you.

What you'll do

Making calls to schedule appointments for hearing and vision check-ups (based on existing customer database).
Handling phone inquiries regarding any issues and referring them to the commercial department and/or store.
Ensuring quality of service and clear, professional communication during calls.
Entering and updating customer data in the system.
Managing the appointment schedule for physical store visits.
