Assistant Quality Manager – ISO 9001

• Degree in Food Science and Technology, Agri-food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or similar.

• Previous experience working in a Quality department within an industrial environment.

• Practical experience in quality management systems and ISO 9001.

• Experience participating in audits, document management, non-conformities, and corrective actions.

• Analytical and organized profile with the ability to work transversally with different areas.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of BRC Packaging, FSC, or other quality standards is valued.

• Permanent contract.

A leading company in the industrial sector located in Fraga is looking to hire an Assistant to the Quality Manager to reinforce its department.

We are looking for a person with experience in quality management systems, especially under ISO 9001 standards, who wants to continue developing professionally within an industrial environment.

The position will have a special focus on the management, maintenance, and improvement of the company's quality system, working closely with the Quality Manager and the different factory areas.

Provide support in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.

• Participate in the maintenance and updating of the quality management system, especially under ISO 9001.

• Manage and update procedures, records, and documentation associated with the system.

• Participate in internal and external audits and follow up on the resulting actions.

• Manage and follow up on non-conformities, claims, and returns.

• Collaborate in the analysis of incidents and in the implementation of corrective and improvement actions.

• Provide support for other quality standards such as BRC Packaging and FSC.

• Perform internal tests and controls when necessary to verify compliance with technical specifications.

• Provide training on good practices and procedures to factory personnel.

• Support customers with inquiries and requests related to quality and documentation.

• Residence in Fraga, Lleida, or nearby areas, or real availability to commute daily to Fraga.
