The role

Export Area Manager

At GHC, we are collaborating with one of our clients, a manufacturing company in the food sector specializing in soluble products and beverages for the Horeca, Food Service, and Vending channels, which is looking to hire an Export Area Manager to drive its international growth.

The company, which is already present in more than 30 countries, is in an expansion phase and wants to professionalize and accelerate the opening of new markets. Therefore, it is looking for a profile with a strong orientation toward business development, capable of identifying opportunities, capturing new customers, and building markets from scratch.

The selected person's main mission will be to develop new international business opportunities, open strategic countries, and create sustainable commercial relationships with distributors and B2B customers.

This is not a position focused solely on managing an existing portfolio, but rather a role with a clear hunter component, oriented toward prospecting, market opening, and new business generation.

What you'll do

  • Identify and analyze new international markets with growth potential.

  • Design and execute commercial plans adapted to each country, channel, and customer.

  • Prospect, capture, and develop new international distributors and customers.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements and build long-term relationships.

  • Manage customers from the Horeca, Vending, specialized coffee distribution, and modern catering chain channels.

  • Work together with distributors, accompanying them on commercial visits and prospecting actions to drive sell-out.

  • Coordinate the different distribution channels within each market, avoiding possible conflicts and maximizing brand presence.

  • Participate in international trade fairs and sector events.

  • Monitor objectives, commercial activity, and opportunities through CRM and reporting.

  • Collaborate with the Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Export Back Office departments to ensure the correct management of international projects and operations.

  • Stay up to date on the regulations and requirements applicable to the export of food products.

How you'll work

  • Planned start during the month of September.

Hiring process

If you have experience developing international markets, enjoy generating new commercial opportunities, and are looking for a project where you can have a direct impact on the company's growth, we would love to know your profile
