The role

We are looking for a Technical Proposal Engineer to participate in the development of solutions and offers for high-value-added industrial projects, with a special focus on the naval sector. The position combines technical analysis, client contact, and internal coordination with engineering, purchasing, and production to transform technical needs into viable and competitive projects.

What you'll do

Analyze technical specifications and client requirements to identify the best technical solution for each project.
Prepare technical and economic offers for industrial and naval projects.
Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and production departments to ensure the technical and economic viability of proposals.
Participate in the definition of technical solutions adapted to each client's needs.
Request and evaluate supplier offers, performing technical and economic comparisons.
Develop cost studies, estimates, and documentation associated with proposals.
Maintain contact with clients to resolve technical queries and present solutions.
Collaborate in internal and external technical meetings during the offer phase.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and established deadlines.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of offer preparation and tracking processes.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Naval Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in preparing technical proposals, technical office, project engineering, or technical commercial management.
Experience in the naval, offshore, metalworking, industrial manufacturing, or capital goods sectors is valued.
Ability to interpret plans, technical specifications, and project documentation.
Experience in performing cost estimates, budgets, or technical feasibility analyses.
High level of English for interaction with technical documentation and international clients.
Good command of Excel and knowledge of ERP is valued.
Analytical, organized profile, oriented towards problem-solving.
Communication skills to interact with both technical teams and clients.
