The role
At Grupo ASV – Meridiano Seguros, we are looking for a sales manager for our offices in Badalona with a vocation for leadership, a results orientation, and a passion for people.
If you are motivated by creating, training, and developing a network of commercial collaborators, we want to meet you!
What you'll do
• Create, recruit, and train a network of commercial collaborators from scratch.
• Lead and motivate your network, fostering a positive and results-oriented environment.
• Perform constant follow-up, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Identify and resolve incidents with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Promote commercial actions to reach and exceed insurance production objectives.
• Manage client portfolio.
• Supervise documentation, quotes, and policy formalization.
• Accompany your collaboration network on commercial visits and meetings.
How you'll work
• Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 18:30, and Fridays from 8:00 to 14:00 throughout the year.
