First-class Winery and Field Tradesperson (Bodega Carrascas)

We are looking for a First-class Tradesperson with high practical experience, responsibility, and autonomy to execute and supervise key winery operations, as well as work related to irrigation and fertilization plans in our vineyard, almond, and pistachio holdings.

You will guarantee at all times compliance with quality, traceability, food safety, and occupational risk prevention (ORP) procedures, reporting directly to Management and the Quality Manager.

• Winery operations: Autonomously execute the reception and handling of grapes, production, racking, wine movements, and tank conditioning.

• Maintenance and cleaning: Prepare and verify the correct functioning of hoses, pumps, connections, and equipment. Perform conservation, treatment, and disinfection tasks according to procedures.

• Traceability and safety control: Record tanks, batches, volumes, movements, and products used. Strictly apply the HACCP system and hygiene standards, communicating any incidents.

• Field and irrigation management: Supervise, check, and record irrigation and fertilization plans. Control sectors, pipes, valves, filters, drippers, irrigation times, and leak detection in vineyard, almond, and pistachio crops.

• Internal coordination: Work in close collaboration with the Quality Manager regarding records, audits, certifications, and non-conformities.
