Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in metrology and calibration
Interpretation of drawings and tolerances (level II)
Measurement knowledge
Basic knowledge of inspection standards 66-020 and 66-030
Experience measuring with different instruments.

Nice to have

Knowledge of editing inspection and self-control guidelines.
Experience in calibration and maintenance of inspection, measurement, and testing equipment.
Experience in product audits.
Knowledge of statistical techniques and control charts.
Proficiency with coordinate measuring machines (measurement programs).
Experience in quality document management

The role

From Grupo Crit we are selecting a Quality Inspector for a company dedicated to an industrial workshop environment, whose mission will be to carry out all Quality Control tasks upon receipt, during the production process, and in final inspection, ensuring compliance with established quality standards.

Functions

What you'll do

Perform quality controls upon receipt, during manufacturing, and in final inspection in accordance with guidelines and technical instructions.
Support the production department during preparations to ensure quality standards.
Execute final controls and tests under the supervision of the Quality Manager.
Propose and collaborate in the design of control, measurement, and testing fixtures.
Analyze non-conforming products and manage the associated documentation.
Collaborate in investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions.
Prepare reports related to supplier approval and initial samples.
Participate in preparing reports for clients.
Maintain order and cleanliness in the section.

Full-time schedule with stable rotating shifts.
