Requirements

What we're looking for

Valid metal sector occupational risk prevention (PRL) certificate.
Valid forklift license.
Valid training or certificate for overhead crane/lifting equipment operation.
Experience in wire drawing processes is valued.
Experience in pickling processes is valued.
Experience in industrial production, metallurgy, or industrial machinery handling is valued.
Knowledge of quality control, occupational safety, and production processes.
Responsible, organized person with teamwork skills and a focus on quality and safety.
Schedule flexibility to work rotating shifts.

The role

At Grupo CRIT Interim, a leading company in temporary employment solutions, recruitment, and talent management, we are looking for a Metal Operator to join an important industrial company. If you are passionate about production, quality, and safety, this could be your opportunity.

What you'll do

Operate and supervise industrial machinery in production processes within the metal sector.
Perform production tasks using manual, electric, and pneumatic tools.
Operate forklifts and lifting equipment for the loading, unloading, and movement of coils and materials.
Carry out quality controls, complete production records, and ensure compliance with established standards.
Handle chemical products following safety, occupational health, and environmental protocols.
Maintain the work area, machinery, and tools in perfect condition regarding order, cleanliness, and preservation.

How you'll work

Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
5-shift rotating system.
Morning shift: 06:00 to 14:00 h.
Afternoon shift: 14:00 to 22:00 h.
Night shift: 22:00 to 06:00 h.
Rotation every 4 weeks.
Availability to work weekends according to schedule.
