The role

From Grupo CRIT, we are selecting an Administrative Receptionist with a high level of English to join an important company located in the province of Huelva.

We are looking for an organized, decisive person, with excellent communication skills and customer orientation, who enjoys interacting with people and is capable of performing in a dynamic professional environment.

What you'll do

Telephone and in-person customer service for clients, suppliers, and visitors.
Management of calls and email, both in Spanish and English.
Organization and coordination of administrative tasks.
Document management and support to the different departments.
Reception and attention to visitors, guaranteeing a professional image of the company.
Maintenance of order and correct organization of the reception area.
