Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience in the Production Dept.
Degree in Health Sciences.
Must have appropriate competence and qualification for the production of medicines under GMP regulations.
Ability for planning, coordination, and organization of teams.
Experience in production processes, Microbiology, process validation, cleaning validation of rooms, equipment, apparatus, equipment qualification, and apparatus calibration.
Experience in team management.

Nice to have

Preferably advanced English level.

Schedule from Monday to Friday 7:30 to 15:30, compatible with work-life balance.
Negotiable salary according to experience; experience with injectables, vaccines, and autovaccines will be valued positively.

The role

What you'll do

Management, coordination, and supervision of the Production Department.
Organize the manufacturing of bacterial autovaccines in accordance with manufacturing orders.
Draft/review production and cleaning procedures and other documents, participating in the updating and validation of both production and cleaning processes for rooms, apparatus, and equipment.
Coordinate and control the manufacturing of bacterial autovaccines and affine.
Verify the conformity of equipment and process conditions with established standards and specifications.
Supervise compliance with cleaning processes by Cleaning and Production personnel.
Collaborate with the Technical Department in the implementation of new production processes or the review of current ones, in order to optimize processes.
Collaborate in investigations of complaints, quality defects, deviations, OOS, and observations.
Ensure that products are manufactured and stored in accordance with the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the intended quality.
Review production and cleaning records that require supervision.
Ensure the qualification and maintenance of their department, premises, apparatus, and equipment.
Ensure that appropriate validations are carried out.
