The role

We are looking for a Technical Department Director to lead the technical strategy and management of Grupo HD, ensuring the development of new real estate projects and the efficient management of operating assets.

You will be responsible for directing the Technical Department, leading a multidisciplinary team, managing the budget and investments (CAPEX), coordinating real estate development projects, and participating in the technical evaluation of new investment opportunities, contributing to the growth and profitability of the Group.

What you'll do

Direct and coordinate the activity of the Technical Department, aligning its planning with the strategic objectives of the Group.
Lead the execution of real estate development projects and supervise the technical management of operating assets.
Plan, control, and optimize the department budget and the Annual CAPEX Plan.
Supervise compliance with quality, deadline, cost, safety, and applicable regulatory objectives.
Direct the processes of tendering, negotiation, contracting, and monitoring of suppliers, consultancies, and construction companies.
Represent the Group before Public Administrations, agencies, and other strategic interlocutors, directing and coordinating planning management and the obtaining of licenses and authorizations.
Lead, develop, and motivate the technical team, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Participate in the technical analysis and evaluation of new investment opportunities, providing technical criteria for decision-making.
