Requirements
What we're looking for
- Academic training in hospitality and catering.
- Advanced level of languages (English and others).
- Food handling certification.
- Knowledge of office automation (Office suite and Internet).
- Courses in people management, leadership, food costing, and cost controlling.

What you'll do
- Direct and plan the set of activities for the department.
- Organization, coordination, supervision, motivation, and instruction of the staff under their charge.
- Perform the planning of shifts, days off, vacations, and schedules.
- Control of sales and food costing.
- Responsible for departmental quality (social media, in-house complaint handling, leader in improving the guest stay within their department).
- Management of cash register closing and control of returns and incorrect charges.
- Perform inventories and merchandise orders.
- Responsible for occupational risks.
