The role

We are looking for a Reception Assistant for our Exe Campus San Mamés 3* Hotel located in León.

What you'll do

Management of room reservations.
Optimization of resources with the aim of offering the best quality in customer service.
Guest check-in and check-out.
Telephone assistance and reservation management.
Offering excellent customer service.
