The role

At TROPS, we are looking to hire an RPA Automation Technician to join the R&D+i and Sustainability department, participating in the development and evolution of technological projects aimed at improving and automating our internal processes.

We are looking for a person with demonstrable experience in process automation using RPA technologies, especially with UiPath, capable of identifying improvement opportunities across the company's various departments and developing solutions that increase operational efficiency. We value an analytical, proactive profile with the capacity to learn in order to participate in digitalization and process transformation initiatives.

The position will be highly transversal in nature, working directly with internal users from different areas and with external technology providers.

What you'll do

You will be part of projects related to automation, programming, data analysis, and process digitalization, participating, among others, in the following functions:

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities through RPA technology.

Design, develop, implement, and maintain automations using UiPath.

Manage the complete lifecycle of automations: analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Collaborate with users from different areas to define functional requirements and translate them into RPA solutions.

Manage and exploit information coming from different data sources.

Provide support and training to users to facilitate the adoption of the tools.

Participate in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing internal processes.
