Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar.
Around 3-4 years of experience in selection and talent acquisition.
Experience or interest in working on selection processes for diverse profiles, areas, and markets.
High level of English, as you will participate in international selection processes.
Ability to manage different processes simultaneously and work with various interlocutors.
Initiative, autonomy, and a desire to propose new ways to attract talent.
And, above all, we are looking for someone eager to grow, take on new challenges, and develop their career within Grupo Hotusa.

Nice to have

The role

We are looking for an International Talent Acquisition and Selection Technician for our Barcelona offices

What you'll do

Within the Selection area, you will perform the following functions:

Manage from start to finish national and international selection processes, working with profiles from different areas, professional levels, and markets.
Collaborate with managers from different business areas to understand their needs and attract the best talent for our teams.
Perform active talent searching through LinkedIn and other recruitment sources, especially for strategic or hard-to-fill positions.
Participate in the definition and implementation of new talent attraction and selection strategies on a global level.
Conduct interviews, follow up on applications, and provide support during the different phases of the selection process, guaranteeing a good candidate experience.
Participate in employer branding initiatives, collaborations with universities and business schools, job fairs, workshops, and other talent events.
Collaborate in our international internship program, developing relationships with national and international universities and training centers.
Participate in cross-functional projects related to talent selection, development, and growth, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and tools.
