What you'll do
- Manage and coordinate shipment operations, ensuring that pickups, deliveries, and transport departures are carried out correctly and within the established deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients, senders, collaborators, and subsidiaries the planning and monitoring of operations, including the pre-quotation and quotation of shipments.
- Maintain constant communication with carriers and correspondents, performing delivery tracking, managing requests, and resolving possible incidents.
