Manage the services under your responsibility, ensuring that the technical teams carry out proper maintenance, managing risks and coordinating the necessary resources to meet the established objectives and deadlines.

Lead the functional analysis, design, implementation and user support activities for the project systems and applications, coordinating internal and external resources to achieve the objectives within the established timeframe.

Manage the technical resources of projects and maintenance services, ensuring their efficiency. Review the proper recording of hours for all resources of the managed services and projects. Ensure and control quality levels, as well as compliance with supplier SLAs. Ensure the correct execution of projects in terms of time and budget.

Gain a deep understanding of business processes and maintain close relationships with those responsible for them, suggesting improvements based on established business processes and the needs communicated by users.

Identify opportunities in business areas, as well as propose, when necessary, the use of new technologies, with the aim of optimizing business processes and the quality of the Group's information.

Ensure that processes are documented in detail and train users when required, so that they make the most of the systems developed.

Prepare RFPs/RFIs and evaluate supplier proposals.

Use the most appropriate methodologies for each of the projects carried out.

Perform any other complementary task that, given their position, is necessary for the development of their duties.

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree

At least 5 years in Project Management and/or information technology service management: software lifecycle, service integration (APIs, software architecture, etc.), etc.

Experience managing multi-vendor and multidisciplinary teams.

Languages:

Native Spanish level and English C1
