What we're looking for

What would we like to see on your CV?

Solid experience (min. 5 years) in IT (project management or consulting / functional analysis).
Knowledge of CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP.
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into efficient technological solutions.
Languages: English and/or French desirable.

The role

At Grupo Planeta, we are currently seeking an IT Business Partner for our Planeta Formación y Universidades division.

Your mission will be to serve as a technology and business reference for the institutions within our international higher education network.

What you'll do

Connecting business needs with technological solutions.
Leading implementation projects.
Ensuring the adoption of cross-functional platforms.
Driving improvements and integrations.
Advising on technology projects with a real impact on operations and the institutional experience.
