About the role

The main objective is to support the Human Resources department in the areas of Labor Relations, Personnel Administration, and Training, among others.

What you'll do

  • Updating organizational charts: updating new positions and changes in job roles.
  • Keeping job descriptions up to date.
  • Support in personnel selection tasks, publishing job offers, screening CVs, organizing interviews and meetings. Support in coordination with temporary employment agencies.
  • Managing the entry and exit processes of workers from temporary employment agencies.
  • Managing absenteeism of workers.
  • Monitoring staff development, probationary periods, contract terminations, etc.
  • Support in internal staff training and updating the training plan.
  • Support in executing the training plan, sending out invitations, attendance lists, and diplomas to participants.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Formal education: Currently pursuing a University Degree or a University Master's Degree (preferably in Psychology, Labor Relations, or Business Administration and Management).
  • Non-formal / Complementary education: Advanced knowledge of Office (especially Excel), intermediate level of English.
  • Experience: Preferably 1 year in a similar position or project.
  • Other skills: Ability to work in a team and independently. Proactivity. A highly organized person with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change.
