It is essential that:

• Have knowledge of the catering sector.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• You have customer orientation, proactivity, and adaptability.

• You have experience working with Cover Manager, El Tenedor (The Fork), and Ágora.
• You have training in the gastronomic sector.
• You have a good command of languages: Catalan, English, and Spanish. Other languages will be valued
• You have the capacity for teamwork and a high capacity for communication.
• You have immediate and full-time availability.

You will be a better candidate if, in addition:

What will you do at Sagardi?:

• Manage organic reservations by telephone and/or in person at the restaurant.
• Customer attention, advice, acquisition, and retention, achieving excellence in service and customer loyalty; taking into account internal standards and procedures.
• Provide support during peak times during service.
