Mission: Ensure the storage, inventory control, and physical flow of materials at the facility, guaranteeing stock accuracy and material availability for production under JIT/JIS standards.

What you'll do

  • Define and optimize warehouse layout for efficient material flow.
  • Ensure proper storage, preservation, and handling of goods (FIFO).
  • Ensure the supply of materials to production lines, optimizing resources. 
  • Inventory control: planning of rotating and annual inventories, physical counts, analysis of discrepancies, and resolution. 
  • Ensure full traceability of goods through their registration in the management system (PLUS).
  • Manage receiving and shipping operations; resolve specific receiving issues (damages, shortages, delivery note discrepancies) directly with the carrier/supplier/procurement.
  • Lead and develop the warehouse team: shifts, occupational health and safety (PRL), cross-training, and performance evaluation.
  • Manage physical stock risk situations (lack of space, damaged materials) by seeking short-term solutions.
  • Participate in client audits regarding warehouse/inventory areas.
  • Compliance with the management system, occupational health and safety (PRL), and the Integrated Management System.
  • Organize transportation both within the EU and internationally, for the return of empty containers.

Education & certifications

  • Vocational training (higher level) or a university degree (intermediate or higher).
  • Forklift certification.
