H10 Hotels needs to hire a 2nd Maintenance Manager to work in our hotel H10 Ocean Suites & Dreams

The duties to be performed will be:

• Perform the qualified direction, control, and monitoring of the auxiliary tasks of the facilities.
• To organize, direct and coordinate the staff under their charge.
• Direct and plan the set of activities in their area
• Instruct the workers in their area
• Direct, supervise, control, and carry out the cost calculation for repairs, modifications, and maintenance of the facilities.
• Propose improvements and innovations of equipment and facilities to management.
• Substitute for the Maintenance Manager in their specific tasks.
• Ensure compliance with the Occupational Risk Prevention protocol.
• Complying with the standards defined by the chain, reflected in the Quality Regulations.

• Minimum qualification: Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related Higher Level Vocational Training cycle.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position
• Legionella training is recommended
• IT (Excel, Word, Drive, emails...) high level.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a un 2º Jefe de Mantenimiento para trabajar en nuestro hotel H10 Ocean Suites & Dreams

• Realizar de manera cualificada la dirección, control y seguimiento de las tareas auxiliares de las instalaciones.
• Organizar, dirigir y coordinar el personal a su cargo.
• Dirigir y planificar el conjunto de actividades de su área
• Instruir a los trabajadores de su área
• Dirigir, supervisar, controlar y efectuar el cálculo de costes de las reparaciones, modificaciones y mantenimiento de las instalaciones.
• Proponer a la dirección las mejoras e innovaciones de equipos e instalaciones.
• Sustituir al Jefe de Mantenimiento en las tareas propias del mismo.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento del protocolo de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
• Cumplir con los estándares definidos por la cadena, reflejados en la Normativa de Calidad.

• Titulación mínima: Grado en Ingeniería Industrial o Ciclo formativo grado superior relacionado.
• Experiencia en el puesto como mínimo de 1 año
• Recomendable formación legionella
• Informática (excel, word, drive, emails...) nivel alto.
