Job description
H10 Hotels needs to hire a Waiter/Waitress for our hotel H10 Playa Esmeralda, in Fuerteventura.
The tasks that will be under their responsibility are:
- Perform qualified, autonomous, and responsible service and sales of food and beverages. Prepare work areas for service.
- Provide direct customer service for the consumption of drinks or meals.
- Prepare simple dishes for consumption.
- Transport tools and items necessary for service.
- Control and check merchandise and items used in the section.
- Collaborate in the setup, service, and takedown of buffets.
- Perform tasks in view of the customer such as flambéing, cutting, carving, deboning, etc.
- Collaborate with the dining room manager in the preparation and development of special events.
- May coordinate and supervise tasks related to the activity of their area. Inform and advise the customer about the composition and preparation of the various products available.
- - May handle customer complaints.
- - Billing and collecting from the customer.
