Maintenance Officer at H10 Las Palmeras

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Maintenance Officer for our hotel H10 Las Palmeras, in Tenerife.

The main duties of the position will be:

• Handle the daily reports submitted at the Hotel: incidents, complaints, requests from guests and other departments.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of rooms, common areas and hotel facilities, following the quality, time, safety and aesthetic standards established for each case.
• Verify the proper operation of the facilities.
• Knowledge of water treatment.
• Knowledge of electricity and plumbing is essential; knowledge of masonry, painting, HVAC and pool treatment will be highly valued.

• Education: Higher Vocational Training.
• Electrician certification.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a un/a Oficial de Mantenimiento para nuestro hotel H10 Las Palmeras, en Tenerife.

Las principales funciones del puesto de trabajo serán:

• Atender los partes diarios que se reporten en el Hotel: incidencias, quejas, peticiones de clientes y de otros departamentos.
• Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de habitaciones, zonas comunes e instalaciones del Hotel siguiendo los estándares de calidad, tiempo, seguridad y estética establecidos para cada caso.
• Verificar el buen funcionamiento de las instalaciones.
• Conocimientos en tratamientos del agua.
• Imprescindible conocimientos de electricidad y fontanería, se valorarán muy positivamente conocimientos de albañilería, pintura, climatización y tratamiento de piscinas.

• Formación, Ciclo Formativo Superior.
• Titulación de electricista
