What we're looking for

What do you need for the position?

2 years of experience in apartment management and/or reception management
Experience in service models and customer service.
Diploma in tourism
Knowledge of distribution and the hotel business. Reception department duties.
Specific knowledge of various IT tools (Microsoft Office...)
Language knowledge: Spanish, Catalan, English, French (preferred)
Communication and interpersonal skills
Speed of execution and problem-solving
Responsibility and proactivity

Teamwork

Nice to have

We are looking for a HOUSE MANAGER for our APARTAMENTOS HESPERIA BARCELONA SANT JOAN located in Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona.

What you'll do

Management of daily tasks
Processing and management of customer incidents
Assistance and resolution of team queries
Support for the reception and housekeeping departments
Reporting to the hotel director
