The role
At Grand Hyatt La Manga Club, Golf & Spa, we are looking to hire a Caddie Master / Golf Marshall to join our team.
We are looking for a dynamic, responsible person with a clear customer orientation, who contributes to ensuring an excellent experience for our players during their stay on the course.
What you'll do
Control the pace of play and tee times.
Supervise the flow of players during the round.
Inform and ensure compliance with the rules of play and the correct use of the facilities.
Attend to, guide, and assist players during their experience on the course.
Coordinate with the reception, Caddie Master, and maintenance teams.
Detect and communicate possible incidents during the round.
Contribute to the care of the course and compliance with safety regulations.
These functions are aligned with those currently appearing in comparable Marshall / Caddie Master positions: pace of play control, organization of tee times, player service, and supervision of course rules.
