Eligibility to undertake a six-month internship under a formal internship agreement with a university or educational institution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

The role

As a Front Office Intern, you're not just supporting daily hotel operations while gaining hands-on experience - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

What you'll do

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

Support daily operations: Perform assigned tasks under the guidance of department leaders while actively learning from team members and gaining hands-on experience
Gain cross-functional experience: Support other departments as needed to build broader knowledge of hotel operations
Support team collaboration: Assist colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
