The role
Organize, manage, and support all activities carried out in the Hotel; supervise the work of the different departments and motivate their members to perform their work in the most optimal way possible, always under the supervision of the Hotel Management/Operations Management.
In turn, the Assistant Manager must strive to meet all customer needs, in accordance with the processes established by General Management.
What you'll do
- Support for the Hotel Management in the control and monitoring of compliance with the Hotel's quality standards and the rest of the Group's corporate policies.
- Forecasting service coverage for each department, daily distribution of tasks, detailed review of the team's work, and customer service.
- Execution and monitoring of orders, inventories, and optimal stock control, rapid resolution of possible breakdowns, and daily care of the facilities.
- Administrative supervision at Reception, control of reservations and attention to customer wishes, as well as the correct implementation of HACCP documentation, preventive maintenance, and internal controls.
- - Customer satisfaction, by supervising the staff's treatment and friendliness.
