At Housfy, we are looking to bring on a dynamic and committed Property Manager to join our Barcelona office.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of homeowners' communities, with support from the incidents and accounting departments.

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Property management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of assigned communities, including coordinating necessary repairs and services to ensure all spaces remain in optimal condition.
• Client and owner relations: Act as the main point of contact for owners and clients, resolving questions and handling any issues that may arise.
• Financial management: Manage community budgets with the support of an accounting team.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure all management activities comply with current legislation and property regulations, as well as handling the necessary procedures with the relevant authorities.

• Full-time position (40 hours/week)

• Qualified professional, lawyer, or similar.
• Experience in managing homeowners' communities.
• Knowledge of TAAF, GESFINCAS, or similar software is highly valued.
• Native Catalan and Spanish.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling interaction with diverse audiences and efficient negotiation.
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work in a dynamic environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, as well as analytical skills for making sound decisions.
• Proficiency in office tools and a willingness to learn new technology platforms applied to the sector.
