The role

A Housfy, we are looking for a property manager for vertical properties to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a portfolio of property owners and leased properties, ensuring their satisfaction with the management of their assets.

What you'll do

Functions and responsibilities

  • Consulting and strategy: Advising property owners on the value of their properties and defining short, medium, and long-term management strategies to maintain the permanent appreciation of the portfolio.
  • Contract management: Negotiating and formalizing lease agreements, renewals, terminations, and addendums for agreed modifications.
  • Financial management: Preparing accurate statements for property owners, applying increases in the CPI, property tax (IBI), and other agreed items. Managing delinquency in collaboration with the back office area.
  • Technical management: Advising on investments to optimize property performance, obtaining quotes, and overseeing works (both common and private areas) in collaboration with the technical area.
