As an Rental Incident Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the resolution of incidents in the properties under management: liaising with tenants and landlords, and following up with suppliers. You will be the key piece to make everything run smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Register and follow up on all incidents reported by tenants.
  • Communicate fluently with landlords to keep them informed about the status of incidents and the actions taken.
  • Contact, coordinate, and follow up with suppliers to ensure fast and high-quality interventions.
  • Keep tenants informed at all times about the resolution process.
  • Verify that repairs or interventions have been completed satisfactorily.
  • Handle potential complaints or conflictive situations with empathy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient management experience.

Requirements
