Business Analyst Trainee

At Housfy we are looking for a Business Analyst Trainee to join the Rentals team and contribute to the improvement and optimization of our commercial processes. If you are passionate about data, organization and dynamic environments, we want to meet you!

• Take part in the management and organization of the sales team, working closely with the Team Lead.
• Support daily operations, ensuring the proper development of commercial activity throughout the entire process:
• Review property listings.
• Monitor the level of property scheduling.
• Monitor documentation needs, coordinating with the commercial team to close deals.
• Optimize the viewing process, acting as the liaison between the salesperson and the end client to confirm attendance and ensure the quality and accuracy of the information.
• Verify the profiles of potential tenants through creditworthiness checks.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes through the analysis of key process data.

Support the sales team of the rentals department through process analysis, operational coordination and management of key information. Your work will contribute to improving the efficiency of the commercial area and ensuring a quality experience for both clients and agents.

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar fields.
• High-level Catalan and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Interest in learning, growing and developing in a dynamic and digital environment.
• Proficiency in office tools; previous experience with CRM or analytics tools will be valued.

• Participar en la gestió i organització de l'equip de vendes, col·laborant estretament amb el/la Team Lead.
• Donar suport a l'operativa diària, assegurant el correcte desenvolupament de l'activitat comercial durant tot el procés:
• Revisar les publicacions dels immobles,
• Fer el seguiment del nivell d'agendament de les propietats.
• Fer el seguiment de les necessitats documentals, coordinant-te amb l'equip comercial per tancar operacions.
• Optimitzar el procés de visites, actuant com a interlocutor/a entre el comercial i el client final per confirmar l'assistència i garantir la qualitat i veracitat de la informació.
• Verificar els perfils de possibles llogaters mitjançant estudis de solvència.
• Identificar oportunitats de millora en els processos operatius a través de l'anàlisi de dades clau dels processos.

Donar suport a l'equip de vendes del departament de lloguers mitjançant l'anàlisi de processos, la coordinació operativa i la gestió d'informació clau. La teva feina contribuirà a millorar l'eficiència de l'àrea comercial i a garantir una experiència de qualitat tant per als clients com per als agents.

• Formació universitària en ADE, Economia o similars.
• Català i castellà nivell alt parlat i escrit.
• Interès per aprendre, créixer i desenvolupar-te en un entorn dinàmic i digital.
• Domini d'eines ofimàtiques; es valorarà experiència prèvia amb CRM o eines d'anàlisi.
