Your mission

We are looking for a Handyman to join our team. If you are passionate about offering unique experiences, this is the place for you.

What will you do in your day-to-day?

- Guarantee the good condition of the hotel: rooms, event spaces, food and beverage outlets, and any other common areas, ensuring the perfect functioning of the facilities.
- Organize and supervise all inspections described in the Preventive Maintenance Plan.
- Lead and coordinate, together with the Security Manager, the implementation of the Emergency and Evacuation Plan, as well as maintain continuous contact with the members of the regional Team designated for this same mission.
- Control and supervise energy consumption, guaranteeing optimal use in all hotel departments, and periodically provide energy-saving initiatives.
- Keep control of waste production and report monthly on the quantities removed according to Hyatt procedures.
- Guarantee that the purchase of spare parts and consumables is rational and sustainable, ensuring replacements with reasonable delivery times, in accordance with established control procedures.
- Ensure the effectiveness of external repairs, maintenance contractors, and official technical services.
- Guarantee the effective implementation of all hotel policies and procedures regarding the Maintenance Department.
