The role

Are you passionate about customer service and do you enjoy offering solutions and positive experiences to consumers?

At Adecco, we are looking, for our client located in Alcantarilla, to bring in a Consumer Service Agent with English and advanced Excel to provide support to the Country Quality & Corporate Affairs department, taking part in managing inquiries, incidents, and monitoring the experience of our consumers.

Management of consumer inquiries

Incident tracking

Coordination of samples and shipments

Updating systems and recordsTeamwork in a dynamic environment.
