Mass Market Manager / Channel Manager – Albacete

• Knowledge of the electricity market or the energy sector.
• Previous experience in territorial business development.
• Ability to engage with institutional bodies or local associations.

• Academic qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), or similar

• Demonstrable commercial experience, especially in:

• Management of sales channels, commercial networks, or retail
• Coordination of teams or external collaborators

• Residency in Albacete or willingness to relocate there.
• Availability for an on-site role with high field activity.
• Proficiency in IT tools.

• Highly valued experience in sectors such as energy, utilities, telecommunications, banking, insurance, or structured commercial environments.

Mission:
You will be responsible for commercial development in the province of Albacete, leading the network of partner collaborators in the residential and SME segment, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and guaranteeing an excellent customer experience.

You will act as the company's representative in the territory, with a role clearly focused on results and a strong presence in the field.

• Lead the achievement of sales targets and portfolio growth through the network of collaborators.
• Manage, energize, and build loyalty among in-person sales channels in the province.
• Identify business opportunities and attract new commercial partners.
• Monitor the quality of sales and the customer experience.
• Implement new products, commercial campaigns, and development initiatives.
• Represent the company before local authorities, consumer information offices (OMICs), and local associations.
