What are we looking for?

  • Higher Degree in ASIR, Intermediate Degree in SMR, or similar.
  • We value experience in Helpdesk.
  • Residency in the Corredor del Henares or Guadalajara.
  • Own vehicle to reach our facilities and a driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

The role

At ICP, we have spent more than 25 years designing and operating bespoke technological solutions for our clients. We continue to grow and are looking for someone eager to learn to join our Helpdesk team.

What you'll do

  • Resolve user incidents (computers, telephones, printers…)
  • Configure and install equipment, software, Office, and peripherals.
  • Support the administration of networks and Windows servers.
  • Preventive maintenance of hardware.

How you'll work

  • Shift schedule: from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and from 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
