The role

Our hotels bring people together. We are looking for a Groups & Banquets Coordinator capable of managing reservations, establishing strong relationships with clients, and organizing truly unforgettable events, meetings, and conferences.

Every day is different at IHG, but your main tasks will consist of:

What you'll do

Serving as a liaison with clients to accurately manage event reservations
Providing exceptional quality service, whether in person, via email, or by telephone
Determining client requirements to effectively meet their needs
Responding to inquiries regarding meetings and events and performing upselling to maximize sales, occupancy, and revenue
Accurately recording all inquiries in the sales and catering system, preparing precise event sheets and periodic reports for the operations team
