Requirements
What we're looking for
With previous experience in a beach, pool, or hospitality environment, you bring valuable operational knowledge to the role. You demonstrate a good verbal command of English and communicate confidently with guests and team members. A strong service mindset, friendly approach, and professional attitude allow you to create positive guest experiences. You understand basic pool or beach safety rules and actively contribute to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. Holding a valid European driving license will be considered an advantage.
The role
Food and Beverage: Beach Pool Attendant
At Sani/Ikos Group, the F\&B department is about more than just serving food; it's about creating unforgettable gastronomical experiences. From anticipating guests' preferences to suggesting exquisite culinary delights, every interaction is a chance to make each meal memorable.
Our F\&B Team focuses on the finest details and ensures a seamless flow of service, taking pride in the smiles of satisfaction we witness every day.
What you'll do
Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and assist them with sunbeds, towels, umbrellas, and any special requests.
Setup & Cleanliness: Set up and maintain the beach or pool area, ensuring cleanliness and tidy presentation.
Safety Monitoring: Observe guest activities to ensure safety rules are followed; report any hazards or incidents promptly.
Towels & Supplies: Manage towel distribution and stock of amenities, ensuring guests have everything they need.
Teamwork: Coordinate with lifeguards and F\&B employees to provide seamless service
How you'll work
Locations: Spain: Estepona, Mallorca
Duration: 7 months, between March-November
