Requirements
What we're looking for
You have previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role, ideally within a restaurant or hotel environment, and understand the importance of creating a warm and professional first impression. You are fluent in English and communicate confidently and courteously with guests and colleagues alike. Your friendly personality, professional demeanor, and well-groomed appearance reflect high hospitality standards. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask allow you to manage guest flow efficiently while maintaining an exceptional level of service.

The role
Food and Beverage: Hostess
At Sani/Ikos Group, the F\&B department is about more than just serving food; it's about creating unforgettable gastronomical experiences. From anticipating guests' preferences to suggesting exquisite culinary delights, every interaction is a chance to make each meal memorable.
Our F\&B Team focuses on the finest details and ensures a seamless flow of service, taking pride in the smiles of satisfaction we witness every day.
What you'll do
Guest Greeting: Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure they feel comfortable.
Reservations: Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations to optimize seating and flow.
Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, special requests, or complaints politely and professionally.
Communication: Coordinate with service employees and managers to ensure smooth service and timely seating.
Presentation: Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and entrance.

Locations: Spain: Mallorca, Estepona
Duration: 7 months, between March-November
