About the role

At the Cartagena laundry facility, we are currently looking for staff to join our maintenance team.

What you'll do

Your daily activities would include

  • Financial management

Daily review of delivery notes.

Invoicing

Review of collections.

Analysis of customer balances.

Orders.

Administrative management of the occupational risk prevention area.

Updating training record files.

Updating files for PPE delivery, information, and training records.

  • Training management.

Medical check-ups.

  • Document management for coordinating business activities.
  • Administrative management of customers and sales.

Providing documentation for public tenders.

Preparing customer files.

Creating subcontractors in CPR.

Adding and removing items.

Staff management

Social Security registrations and cancellations.

Contract registrations and cancellations.

Reports for sick leave due to common illness.

Reports for leave due to workplace accidents.

Monthly incidents.

Absenteeism.

Receiving and delivering documentation to workers.

Sending hiring requests and final settlements.

Report weekly to the coordinator: Labor inspections, court summons for claims from workers, sanctioning proceedings from agencies, and additions and removals of structure staff and middle managers at the centers they coordinate, as well as control and monitoring of replaced and replacement workers and electronic mailboxes.
