We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Madrid, specialized in supporting people with disabilities.

What will your mission be?

Support people in vulnerable situations, especially people with disabilities, on their path to employment, combining guidance, social support, individual intervention, and direct work with companies to create real job opportunities.

What responsibilities will you have?

Intervention and support

  • Conduct diagnostic interviews to identify personal and professional background, skills, motivations, and barriers to employment.
  • Design and implement individualized intervention plans focused on employability, work-related habits, skills, and comprehensive support toward employment.
  • Develop and deliver training activities, group job orientation workshops, and activities to improve employability.

Job offer management and recruitment

  • Manage job offers across different recruitment sources.
  • Carry out resume screening, interviews, and direct candidate search based on the needs of partner companies.
  • Support candidates throughout the entire process, ensuring an inclusive experience tailored to their needs.

Business development and work with companies

  • Actively prospect the market, identifying new job opportunities aligned with the profiles we support.
  • Establish direct contact with companies to secure job openings and boost their social commitment.
  • Support companies in developing and implementing their Inclusion Plans.

Employment follow-up and retention

  • Carry out two-way follow-up after hiring: company and candidate.
  • Anticipate potential issues and take action to ensure job retention.

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

Education

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Cross-disciplinary training in job guidance, social intervention, or work with vulnerable groups is valued.
  • Training in assessment tools (psychometrics, specialized software) is valued.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment functions or as an employment specialist.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities.
  • Driver's license and own vehicle are essential.

Competencies and skills

  • Proficient use of ICT tools (Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a network, manage multiple cases, and prioritize.
  • Social sensitivity and a person-centered approach.
